Refund Policy

At Proshield, we strive to provide the best cyber security services to our clients. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of service purchase
  • Services must not have been utilized beyond initial consultation
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • A 10% processing fee may apply for certain services

Reimbursement Policy

In cases where our services fail to meet guaranteed security standards resulting in financial loss, clients may be eligible for reimbursement:

  • Reimbursement claims must be filed within 30 days of incident
  • Proper documentation of losses must be provided
  • Maximum reimbursement is limited to the amount paid for services
  • Claims will be investigated by our security team

How to Request

To request a refund or reimbursement, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your service contract number
  • Detailed reason for request
  • Any supporting documentation
  • Preferred method of refund

Note: Certain services may have specific refund conditions as outlined in your service agreement. All decisions regarding refunds and reimbursements are at the discretion of Proshield management.
